Oral health is one of the most important aspects of health, yet dental care is not covered by public health insurance.
If you hurt your arm and go to the doctor, you don’t get charged a dime. If you have a toothache, it’s a different story and can be very expensive.
Only six percent of Canadians have public dental coverage. That means that many low income, and even middle income, Canadians suffer from pain, discomfort, disability, and loss of opportunity because of poor oral health.
No one should have to go without dental care simply because they cannot afford it.

Thank you for your support.
The NDP continues to fight for universal dental care, but we need your help to keep up the pressure.
We hope you will share the petition supporting M-62 with your networks and across your own social media platforms. #dentalcare4all
